ESL 课堂游戏细则
0. Team Setup
组队与小组命名

Teams: The class is divided into 3–6 teams, with 4–5 students per team.
分组情况: 每组 4–5 人。 -
Team Names: Each team must choose a unique name from one of the following categories:
小组命名: 每组必须从以下三类中选择一个名称,不允许重名。🌿 Plants(植物类): Fern(蕨类)、Bamboo(竹子)、Cactus(仙人掌)、Lily(百合)、Rose(玫瑰)、Ivy(常春藤)、Maple(枫树)、Lavender(薰衣草)、Mint(薄荷)、Sage(鼠尾草)
💎 Gems & Minerals(宝石矿物类): Jade(翡翠)、Quartz(水晶)、Onyx(玛瑙)、Opal(蛋白石)、Ruby(红宝石)、Sapphire(蓝宝石)、Emerald(祖母绿)、Topaz(黄玉)、Obsidian(黑曜石)
🪐 Planets(行星类): Mercury(水星)、Venus(金星)、Earth(地球)、Mars(火星)、Jupiter(木星)、Saturn(土星)、Uranus(天王星)、Neptune(海王星)、Pluto(冥王星)

Containers: Each team will use a labeled paper cup to collect tokens.

1. Token System
积分标签系统
- Token Types:
积分标签种类如下:
- ⭐ Star = 1 point → 良好尝试(1 分)
- 👍 Thumbs Up = 2 points → 优秀回答(2 分)

How to Earn Tokens:
Students who actively participate and answer questions during class will receive tokens based on their performance.
获得方式: 课堂中积极举手并认真作答的同学,将根据表现获得对应积分标签。 -
How Tokens Are Handled:
The teacher distributes the token, and the student gives it to the team banker to place in the group’s cup.
积分交付: 老师发放积分后,由学生交给组内“出纳”保管至纸杯中。 - End-of-Class Counting:
In the final 2 minutes of class, each team counts their tokens and reports to the teacher.
每日结算: 每节课最后两分钟统计积分并上报老师。
2. Banker Role
出纳制度

Banker: Each team appoints one banker per day to manage tokens.
每日出纳: 每组每日轮流由一名同学担任“出纳”,负责组内积分管理。 - Banker Duties:
- Collect and store team’s tokens
- Report token total during end-of-class counting
出纳职责: - 收集、保管组内所有积分标签
- 在课末统计环节负责上报组内总分
- Bonus for Bankers:
Each banker receives extra bonus points (teacher discretion, usually +1).
出纳奖励: 每位出纳将获得额外加分。
3. Student Selection
随机选人机制

Student Numbers: Every student is assigned a number based on the classroom seating chart.
学生编号: 每位同学将根据座位表获得一个编号。 -
Dice Roll Selection: The teacher will roll a D20 or D100 dice to randomly select a student to answer.
掷骰选人: 老师将使用骰子,随机选出一名学生发言。 -
Team-Based Rolls (Optional): A D6 dice may be used to choose a team to answer.
团队轮选: 有时用 D6 骰子决定哪个小组作答。
4. Scoring and Rewards
计分与奖励制度

Score Tracking:
All scores are tracked daily in a Google Sheet and projected on the screen for the class to see.
分数记录: 每天的得分将记录在 Google 表格中。 -
Weekly Reset:
Every Friday, all token points reset after counting.
每周清零: 每周五积分清零,重新开始新一轮游戏。 -
Weekly Winner Reward:
The team with the highest score at the end of each week will earn an A+ for participation for every member.
周冠军奖励: 每周积分最高小组的所有组员将获得课堂表现 A+ 评分。 -
Monthly Winner Prize:
The team with the highest overall score by the end of June will win a surprise prize.
月度总冠军: 六月底总分最高小组将获得神秘大奖,敬请期待! -
Grading Impact:
Scores will contribute to each student’s participation grade.
