College Board 打开很慢，开无痕窗口反而很快？

先别急着换电脑，也不用把整个浏览器的数据全部清掉。可以先只清理 College Board 自己保存的 Cookies 和网站数据，让浏览器重新建立一次干净的登录会话。

典型信号：普通窗口慢 → 无痕窗口明显更快

先说明： 我们平时会简单地说“清一下 CB 缓存”，但这里更准确的说法是 清除 College Board 的 Cookies + Site Data（网站数据）。这不保证网络本身会变快，但如果问题来自旧登录状态、过期会话或异常网站数据，这样做经常可以解决登录慢、反复跳转或页面一直转圈的问题。

为什么无痕模式有时反而更快？

普通浏览器窗口

会继续使用之前留下的 Cookie、登录会话和网站本地数据。

无痕 / InPrivate / 私人浏览

相当于从一个比较“干净”的临时浏览环境开始，不会直接沿用普通窗口里的旧网站数据。

搜索 College Board

在网站数据页面搜索 collegeboard。

你可能会看到 collegeboard.org 或它的相关子域名。

删除 College Board 的网站数据

点击 College Board 条目旁边的删除 / 垃圾桶图标，删除与 collegeboard.org 有关的网站数据。

注意：删除后，你会从 College Board 退出登录。这是正常现象。

关闭旧页面并重新登录

关闭所有 College Board、My AP、AP Classroom 标签页，再重新打开 My AP 并登录。

搜索 College Board

搜索 collegeboard，找到 College Board 相关条目。

删除并重新登录

删除对应的 Cookie 和网站数据，然后关闭所有 College Board / My AP / AP Classroom 标签页，再重新打开并登录。

Safari（Mac）详细步骤

搜索并移除 College Board

搜索 collegeboard，选中 College Board 相关网站数据后点击移除，最后点击完成。

重新打开 College Board

关闭之前打开的 College Board 页面，再用普通 Safari 窗口重新进入 My AP / AP Classroom 并登录。

这里指 Mac 版 Safari。 iPhone / iPad 的 Safari 设置路径不同。如果只是解决 College Board 的问题，不要直接选择“移除所有网站数据”，否则会影响其他网站的登录状态。

三个浏览器最后都一样： 清完后关闭所有 College Board / My AP / AP Classroom 标签页，再重新打开并登录。

不要一上来就点“清除全部浏览数据”。 如果只是 College Board 有问题，优先只清 College Board。这样改动最小，也不会把其他网站的登录状态一起清掉。

College Board slow in a regular window but faster in private browsing?

You probably do not need to switch computers or wipe all of your browser data. A good first step is to clear only College Board's cookies and site data so the browser can start a fresh login session.

A useful clue: regular window is slow → private window is noticeably faster

One quick clarification: people often call this “clearing the College Board cache,” but what we are really doing here is removing College Board cookies and site data. This will not make your internet connection itself faster. However, if the slowdown is caused by an expired login session, stale cookies, or problematic local site data, it can fix slow sign-ins, repeated redirects, or pages that keep spinning.

Why can private browsing feel faster?

Regular browser window

It keeps using cookies, login sessions, and local site data left over from earlier visits.

Incognito / InPrivate / Private Browsing

It starts with a much cleaner temporary browser state instead of reusing most of that existing site data.

Old College Board login data

If something is stale: extra checks, redirects, or delays may happen

The page feels unusually slow

So if the same computer on the same network is much faster in private browsing, clearing College Board's site data is a sensible first troubleshooting step.

Open the site-data page

The quickest method is to enter this in the Chrome address bar:

If Chrome redirects that address in your version, you can also go through Settings:

Chrome Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data and permissions

Search for College Board

Search for collegeboard on the site-data page.

You may see collegeboard.org along with related College Board subdomains.

Remove College Board site data

Use the delete / trash icon next to the College Board entries and remove the data associated with collegeboard.org.

Note: this will sign you out of College Board. That is expected.

Close the old tabs and sign in again

Close every College Board, My AP, and AP Classroom tab. Then reopen My AP and sign in again.

Microsoft Edge: detailed steps

Search for collegeboard and find the College Board entries.

Delete the data and sign in again

Remove the College Board cookies and site data. Then close every College Board / My AP / AP Classroom tab, reopen the site, and sign in again.

Find and remove College Board

Search for collegeboard, select the College Board entries, click Remove, and then click Done.

Reopen College Board

Close the College Board pages you already had open. Then open My AP / AP Classroom again in a regular Safari window and sign in.

This section is for Safari on Mac. Safari on iPhone and iPad uses a different settings path. If College Board is the only site having trouble, avoid removing all website data, because that can sign you out of other websites too.

The final step is the same in all three browsers: after clearing the site data, close every College Board / My AP / AP Classroom tab, reopen the site, and sign in again.

Do not start by clearing all browsing data. If College Board is the only site having trouble, remove College Board's data first. It is a much smaller change and avoids signing you out of unrelated sites.

Remember the troubleshooting pattern:
Private browsing is fast, regular browsing is slow → suspect old browser site data first.
Clear College Board's own data and sign in again before wiping the whole browser.
