Q1 · COMMUNITY ACTIVITY活动 + 例子

Question 1:社区活动:用一个具体场景解释你为什么喜欢

Thank you for joining the interview. Today we’ll discuss social interactions within communities. Do you participate in community activities or groups? If so, what kinds do you enjoy? If not, what kind of group might you want to join and why?
ActivityExamplePersonal Value

holiday decorations → national flags + flowers → neighbors work together → a stronger sense of community
常见问题:不要在“我们怎样装饰”上花完所有时间。题目问 enjoy,结尾一定要点明活动带来的快乐或人与人之间的联系。

换一种社区活动,也能使用 Activity → Example → Personal Value

范文采用 Holiday Decorations;其他选项用于拓展同类话题。

Holiday Decorations → 节日布置

在重要节日和邻居一起挂旗、摆花,公共空间变得有节日氛围。

decorating together → shared experience → closer neighbors

We decorate our apartment complex together during holidays, and it brings everyone closer.

Sample Answer

Yes, I do. One community activity I particularly enjoy is decorating our residential complex for major holidays, like National Day. For example, last year, my neighbors and I put up national flags around our apartment buildings and decorated the walkways with flowers. It was a lot of fun, and the whole neighborhood looked really festive. What I like most is that these activities bring neighbors together. They give us a chance to get to know each other better and create a stronger sense of community.

Core Vocabulary & Chunks

  • take part in community activities — 参加社区活动
  • particularly enjoy — 特别喜欢
  • residential complex / apartment complex — 住宅小区 / 公寓住宅区
  • major holidays — 重要节日
  • put up national flags — 悬挂国旗
  • decorate the walkways with flowers — 用鲜花装饰步道
  • look really festive — 看起来特别有节日气氛
  • bring neighbors together — 拉近邻居之间的距离
  • get to know each other better — 加深彼此了解
  • create a stronger sense of community — 增强社区归属感
  • common areas — 公共区域(词汇拓展)
举一反三:这种题型还能怎么用?

“你最喜欢哪项学校活动?”也可以先说活动、举一个场景,再说它如何让你和同学更熟悉。结构不变,只换内容。

Q2 · BENEFITS + HEALTH观点 + 两层好处

Question 2:社会交往与健康:从实际帮助讲到心理健康

Thank you. How important do you think social interactions are for maintaining a healthy lifestyle? Please explain why.
PositionPractical BenefitEmotional Benefit

答题思路:先抓住题目真正要你回答的内容

这是 Opinion + Explanation 题。题目的关键词是 healthy lifestyle,因此只列举生活便利还不够,要把邻里互助和情绪、心理健康联系起来。

原回答提到邻居会在受伤时帮忙,也可以借用厨房用品。这些细节很接地气。升级时,可以先保留一个日常求助的例子,再补充 a sense of belonging / feel less isolated,从物质便利自然过渡到心理支持。

social connections → help with everyday needs → sense of belonging → better well-being
常见问题:不要偏题成“邻居能借盐,所以健康”。具体的生活便利只能是第一层理由;更重要的是解释人与人的联系如何减少孤独感。

点击一个角度:把抽象的 healthy lifestyle 变成可说的具体理由

范文采用 Everyday Help + Belonging 两层论证。

10sPosition
20sPractical Example
15sEmotional Benefit
Everyday Help → 实际帮助

有事情需要搭把手,或者临时缺少做饭的材料,可以找邻居。

nearby neighbors → quick practical help → easier daily life

If I run out of a cooking ingredient, I can simply ask a neighbor for some.

Sample Answer

I think social interactions are essential for both our mental and physical well-being, especially for people living in big cities. For one thing, having good relationships with your neighbors can make everyday life much easier. For example, if you need help with something or run out of a cooking ingredient, you can always turn to a neighbor. More importantly, these connections give people a sense of belonging and make them feel less isolated. So I think maintaining good social relationships is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

Core Vocabulary & Chunks

  • social interactions — 社会交往
  • mental and physical well-being — 身心健康
  • having good relationships with your neighbors — 与邻居保持良好关系
  • everyday life — 日常生活
  • run out of a cooking ingredient — 做饭时某种食材/调料用完了
  • turn to a neighbor — 向邻居求助
  • For one thing ... More importantly ... — 一方面……更重要的是……
  • a sense of belonging — 归属感
  • feel less isolated — 不那么孤立 / 减少孤独感
  • maintain good social relationships — 维持良好社交关系
  • a healthy lifestyle — 健康的生活方式
举一反三:这种题型还能怎么用?

把“社区”换成“学校”:同学之间互相帮助是第一层;获得支持、减少压力是第二层。同样适用于“友谊对学生有多重要?”

Q3 · CHANGE + EVALUATION过去与现在 + 评价

Question 3:社交方式的变化:先比较,再表达你的评价

I see. What’s one change you’ve noticed in the ways you or your friends interact socially over the past few years? Was this change good or bad in your opinion?
ChangeThen vs. NowEvaluation

答题思路:先抓住题目真正要你回答的内容

这是 Change + Evaluation 题,包含两个明确任务:变化是什么,以及你怎么看。最容易掌控的答法是先用一句点明变化,再用过去与现在的对比举例,最后判断利弊。

原始回答把 WeChat、手机、短信、语音和视频通话都提到了,但顺序稍显分散。新版把它们串成一条对比线:以前写信或打普通电话 → 现在随时发消息、视频通话 → 联系远方亲友更方便。

more online communication → letters / phone calls vs. messages / video calls → easier long-distance relationships
常见问题:别连续罗列很多 App 或技术名词而忘记评价。题目明确问 good or bad,需要说出立场及为什么这个变化有意义。

选择一个“社交变化”,练习过去—现在—评价的三步逻辑

范文使用 Online Communication;也可以迁移到其他社会趋势。

Online Communication → 联系更方便

微信、短信、语音和视频通话使联系远方亲友更便利。

letters / calls → instant messages → easier contact

Apps like WeChat make it much easier to stay in touch with people who live far away.

Sample Answer

One major change I've noticed is that people rely much more on online communication than they used to. Thanks to smartphones and apps like WeChat, we can now stay in touch with friends and family almost anytime, anywhere. Instead of writing letters or making traditional phone calls, we can simply send a text, leave a voice message, or make a video call. Overall, I think this is a positive change because it makes communication faster and more convenient. It also helps us maintain close relationships with people who live far away.

Core Vocabulary & Chunks

  • one major change I’ve noticed — 我注意到的一个重大变化
  • rely much more on — 更加依赖……
  • online communication — 线上交流
  • thanks to smartphones and apps — 多亏了智能手机和应用程序
  • stay in touch with — 与……保持联系
  • almost anytime, anywhere — 几乎随时随地
  • instead of doing something — 不是做……而是……
  • send a text — 发一条文字消息
  • leave a voice message — 发一条语音留言
  • make a video call — 打视频电话
  • a positive change — 积极的变化
  • maintain close relationships — 维系亲密关系
举一反三:这种题型还能怎么用?

“这几年学生的学习方式发生了什么变化?”可以套用 Change → Then vs. Now → Evaluation:以前纸笔查资料,现在用在线工具,最后评价效率或分心问题。

Q4 · OPINION + REASON立场 + 核心理由

Question 4:线上能替代线下吗?抓住“非语言信息”这条主线

Good insights. One more question: Do you think online social platforms will eventually replace face-to-face interactions, or will personal interactions remain indispensable? Why do you think so?
PositionKey ReasonContrastConclusion

答题思路:先抓住题目真正要你回答的内容

这是 Future Prediction + Opinion 题。你不必预测技术发展的每个细节,重点是说明为什么线下面对面互动仍然不可替代。先给立场,再围绕一个有说服力的理由展开。

原始回答中的肢体语言、面部表情、语气是最值得保留的核心材料。新版先概括“交流不只是信息传递”,再说明这些细微线索如何帮助我们理解情绪,最后承认线上交流方便,但仍需要线下互动建立信任。

face-to-face still matters → body language + facial expressions + tone → understand feelings → build trust
常见问题:注意 tone of voice 既可能在线上语音中出现,也可能在线下出现;更准确的说法是面对面能把语言、语气、表情和肢体动作结合起来,而不是说线上完全看不到任何表情。

点击不同论据,练习把“不可替代”解释具体

范文以 Nonverbal Cues 为主;其他卡片是可以替换的支持理由。

Nonverbal Cues → 非语言线索

面对面能结合语气、表情、姿态,理解对方真正的感受。

facial expressions + body language → better understanding

In person, we can pick up on subtle cues that are easy to miss online.

Sample Answer

No, I don't think online platforms will ever completely replace face-to-face interactions. The main reason is that human communication involves much more than just exchanging information. When we talk to someone in person, we can pick up on subtle cues, like their facial expressions, body language, and tone of voice. These details help us understand how someone really feels. While online communication is convenient, I believe face-to-face interactions are still essential for building trust and maintaining meaningful relationships.

Core Vocabulary & Chunks

  • face-to-face interactions — 面对面的互动
  • remain indispensable — 仍然不可或缺
  • completely replace — 完全取代
  • human communication involves much more than ... — 人与人交流远不止……
  • exchange information — 交换信息
  • in person — 亲自 / 面对面
  • pick up on subtle cues — 察觉细微线索

1Activity + ExampleActivity → Example → Personal Value
2Benefits + HealthPosition → Practical Benefit → Emotional Benefit
3Change + EvaluationChange → Then vs. Now → Evaluation
4Opinion + ReasonPosition → Key Reason → Contrast → Conclusion
